The reason i want to suggest this is that some football Fans use to fight in the field. Some often say that the Referee is partial. So we want the machine that can take a very good care of this issue and i know there will be little or no much blames in this system.

We want this Machine to be capable of detecting Faults and able to issue card (Yellow and Red Card). It should be tolerance.
If this computer can be produced, i think no Fans will say that this Referee is paid or that he or she is partial.
We want it to in a form that people may net even see it . Instead it will work with a network.
                                  How to make it Affordable in Africa.
So if you have decided to produce any product for Africans, check the cost because the cost matters a lot.
I am an African and i know Our problems. your can imagine where some people decide to buy a fake Phone(CHINA PHONE). If you ask the person he or she will tell you that She or he don't have enough money to wast.
     Though the most reason why people go for the fake is because of poverty.

The simple truth which i must tell is that Africans does not often chech quality of a product. Even if they check the cost of getting that particular product, they will be discouraged them from going for it.

This may not be possible but i know what the Scientist can do. At least it is not more than the one they have been doing.
The name of the topic have already said almost every thing about the explanation. But i have to paraphrase on it.
We wants this Machine that can work without a Fuel. it should be able to work with water. The reason is that Science and Technology is in existence to make life easier and because of that, if this Machine is produced, it will help alot in so many People's life.
I think this Machine will not even be needed most only in Africa. I know that some Western Countries will also need this machine. I may not have a lot to say about the design simply because i am not an Engineer.

There was always this notion that New Yorkers were rude, mean, impolite this is more often untrue than not. I believe that New Yorkers are just a bit more impatient than people who live in other cities. We’re used to efficiency and speeding up the process.
