Africans wants a Machine that runs with Water

                               Explanation of the Machine
This may not be possible but i know what the Scientist can do. At least it is not more than the one they have been doing.
The name of the topic have already said almost every thing about the explanation. But i have to paraphrase on it.
We wants this Machine that can work without a Fuel. it should be able to work with water. The reason is that Science and Technology is in existence to make life easier and because of that, if this Machine is produced, it will help alot in so many People's life.
I think this Machine will not even be needed most only in Africa. I know that some Western Countries will also need this machine. I may not have a lot to say about the design simply because i am not an Engineer.
So if the Scientist will know what to do about the design.

                               How to make it affordable here in Africa.
The simple truth which i must tell you is that Africans does not often  check quality of a product.  Even if they check the cost of getting that particular product will discourage them from going for that particular product.So if you have decided to produce any product for Africans, check the cost because the cost matters a lot.I am an African and i know Our problems. your can imagine where some people decide to buy a fake Phone(CHINA PHONE). If you ask the person he or she will tell you that She or he don't have enough money to wast.     Though the most reason why people go for the fake is because of poverty.
