Why white men plays better than the black men in football

                                      A brief explanation
It is obvious that most of the white men plays better the black men.
Some people thinks white men uses their brain most while playing football than the black men not knowing that it is not like that.
Know let us look at all the factors that determines all these differences.
                      White men training and Black men training

• White men football trains very well to see that they will give out the best of them. And also to make profit from it. While Black men trains but they are distracted with so many things.(other factors below distracts them) and they are focused on profit.
• White men can select players from any angle where they see a good player. But Black men can hardly select good players simply because before you will be selected, you must have a connection(God Father,Sister,Brother etc) Therefore leaving those that can play very well just because they do not have someone from the EXECUTIVES.
• White men can do all it takes to make their players acquire enough skills/fitness. But Black men can hardly get all the training equipment to get their players ready. Sometimes the appointed person to that see about it will receive money for the training equipment. But he/she will EAT up the money.
• The White men can maintain their career by eating the required food, going to traing constantly and other things that will keep them fit. But most of African countries  do not even have enabling environment talk more of doing all that is required.

       I must tell you that i have ideas to produce something (technologically). But there is no enabling environments'
That's why an old white man will always go out to play music,watch matches etc. comfortably. But an old Black man  will keep thinking of how to feed his family due to hardship. Talk more of him going out to enjoy. Instead he can only buy HOTS(concentrated alcohol) and drink so that he will forget some of his Family problems.
              What the Black are doing to perform better in football.
I must tell you the truth and the truth is that the Blacks are doing nothing to make this better as far as some African Government is concern.
That's why one of the reasons why i wrote Africans need a machine that works like a Leader
               Summary/Conclusion
Life in Africa is just like mine. When i was in Secondary school, i wanted to be either a football player or a Doctor which i performs well in it. But when i came out from Secondary school, i noticed that there is no money to continue to University. And to be a football player, i must have a connection. So it was as if i'm frustrated that i'm Blogging and doing some hard works now to see if i can  make a little money so that i will start a business in other to go to School.
The white men should learn to train the Blacks the more.
So the summary remains the fact which is that White men performs better that the Blacks.
